You'd like to show gratitude but don't know how. Here is a trick, I say this mnemonic SEAWATERS almost every day in my life for the past 5 years to thank everything I'm blessed of:

Sunlight
Earth
Air
Water
All those people who help us to live a comfortable life; from farmers to philanthropists
T-shirt (Clothing) and Things such as slipper, bags and any basic things
Eatables
Roof to live
Subconscious mind and body that does everything to us to lead a normal life; digestive system, nervous system, respiratory system that work endlessly seemingly without our effort and knowledge.
